Acclaimed storyteller Dolores Hydock returns to Leeds Arts Council with Close Encounters of the Storytelling Kind — an evening celebrating the people who make life’s adventures worth remembering.
As Dolores says, “The best part of an adventure is the people you meet along the way.”
Through her signature warmth, humor, and gift for storytelling, Dolores will share some of the memorable characters and close encounters she has experienced throughout her storytelling journey.
Come spend an evening with one of Alabama’s most beloved storytellers and discover the humor, heart, and unexpected connections hidden in the people we meet along the way.

The performance runs from 7:00–8:30 PM with no intermission.
